Really good questions! Come to the venue as early as 3 pm onwards on the 18th November, until 8 pm the same day and collect your badge. The next day morning will be VERY busy as we expect around a thousand attendees, so it is recommended to come as early as you can. You may also collect your badge at 7:30 AM onwards on the 19th. Session proceeding will start at 8:45 AM!

Speakers’ presentations will be available a few days after the event from all of the speakers who give us permission to share their slide deck.
The Exhibition Area will open at the same time as the registration starts. The first day the registration starts from 8.00 am, second day from 8.15 am.

Substitution is allowed by providing written notice is given to The HR Congress, not later than 2 working days before the event. Otherwise, all registrations carry a 50% cancellation liability of the contract value immediately after an authorized registration form has been received by us. Any cancellation received in less than 10 working days before the event carries 50% payment liability. Alternatively, the registered delegate can be replaced by someone else and this information has to be provided in advance. The final option is to receive a Credit Voucher with the amount of the Congress ticket that has been purchased by the client. This voucher can be used within 1 year for future conferences organized by The HR Congress.
