Annelies started her career at Deloitte as a consultant in Human Capital working for various clients in the public and private sector. In 2014 she became a senior project manager in the central Talent department at Deloitte Belgium.
As a consultant, Annelies gained a solid expertise in the area of HR strategy, HR transformations, HR Business Process Re-engineering, and HR technology implementations. She also built a strong experience in internal Communication and Change Management and Talent Management practices like Strategic Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Learning Management, Talent acquisition & recruiting and Competency Management. In her current role, Annelies manages firm-wide programs related to Talent Management, from strategic workforce planning, competency management, performance management and onboarding, to employee engagement, coaching & development, internal mobility and succession management, and finally leadership assessment and development. Annelies is a seasoned project manager with a passion for people.
