Maximilian Grohmann, Director People Strategy & Projects, is heading the global departments of HR IT, Projects, Analytics, and the international Service Center in Berlin. He is responsible for the technical and digital development of the unit and for projects related to these areas. Moreover, he is owning and shaping the global data provision and displaying of all HR-related KPIs. His teams develop and implement system-supported, digital and efficient processes based on which they are not only able to report and monitor specific KPIs but also to make the unit’s work easier. In this they serve internal (HR) and external (Sixt employees) stakeholders by meeting demanding service levels.
Maximilian studied Business Administration in Munich, earning a Master’s degree. He had several Jobs at Porsche, Telefonica o2, and BMW before founding a web portal to address topics around grief and legacy. He started his career at Sixt as an internal consultant, before leading a project to implement an HR solution (SixtForce), Sixt’s global employee tool, and to support the transformation of the People Management unit. This ended with a promotion to his current position, and his move to the People Management team.
