TERMS OF REGISTRATION
By completing your registration, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms.
Registration
Completion of Registration: Your registration for the events organized by Connexa Media Kft (The Organizer) will be considered complete once you have filled in all required fields in the registration form and submitted it along with the payment of the registration fee.
Payment: Full payment of the registration fee is required to secure your place at the conference. Payments can be made via online on the registration page or via bank transfer in a maximum of 5 business days. All payments must be exclusive of any bank charges.
Confirmation: Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details and a receipt of payment. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.
Cancellation, Replacement, and Transfer Policy
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Please note that any cancellation will carry a 50% payment liability, meaning that only 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation charge. Cancellation within 30 days before the event carries 100% cancellation liability and no refund or partial refund offered.
Replacement: If you are unable to attend the conference, you are welcome to nominate a replacement delegate to attend in your place at no additional cost. Please inform us in writing of any such replacement at least 10 business days prior to the event, providing the name, job title, and contact details of the replacement delegate. Replacement in less than 10 business days prior the event is subject to 300 euros administration fee.
Transfer to Future Events: If you wish to transfer your registration to a future event instead of canceling, please contact us to discuss the available options. Such transfers will be subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee.
Liability
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the conference program, speakers, or venue at any time and without prior notice. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, or inconvenience caused by such changes.

By registering for the conference, you agree to our privacy policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please visit our Privacy Policy page for more information.
Waiver of Liability
By registering for and participating in the events by the Organizer, attendees agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer, its employees, agents, representatives, sponsors, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, rights, and actions of any kind, including but not limited to injury, illness, loss, damage, death, litigation, and other liabilities, either directly or indirectly related to or arising from their participation in the conference, including but not limited to the attendance at the conference, participation in any conference activities, and the use of facilities and equipment provided by the conference and its venues.
It is the responsibility of each attendee to be aware of their physical limitations and agree not to exceed them. Participants acknowledge that they are attending and participating in the conference voluntarily and at their own risk, and that they have adequately informed themselves of the risks involved.
This waiver does not extend to any claims for gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the Organizer or any liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Attendees agree that this waiver and release is binding on their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
Consent for Use of Photographic Images and Recordings
By participating in the events by the Organizer, attendees acknowledge and agree that the conferences, organized by the Organizer. may be photographed, videotaped, and otherwise recorded. Attendees hereby grant the Orgbanizer and its authorized representatives the irrevocable permission to capture and use their likeness, voice, and any other forms of participation in the conference in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter invented, anywhere in the world, for any purposes, including but not limited to promotional, educational, and archival purposes, without any further consent from or payment to the attendee.
This consent includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit, mix or duplicate and to use or re-use the images and recordings in whole or part as the Organizer may elect. The Organizer hereby releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless the participants from any and all claims or damages that may arise out of or in connection with the use of such images, voices, or recordings.
Participants understand that all photographs, videos, audio recordings, and other media produced are the sole property of the Organizer, and they shall receive no compensation or credit for the use of their image or voice.
It is the responsibility of each participant to inform the conference organizers in writing if they do not wish to be photographed or recorded. However, the Organizer cannot guarantee that participants will not be included in photographs or recordings and advises that participants may be incidentally captured in such media.
